Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I cancel or make changes to my order.
  If you would like ot cancel or make changes to your order, please CLICK HERE to send us an email requesting the change. Since we make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible, please make change/cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing your order.

Any orders that are cancelled after being shipped will be subject to the return policy. CLICK HERE to review our return policy. Please note that outgoing shipping charges as well as return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if any order is refused or undeliverable.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable or cancelable.
