Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You do not have to pay sales tax unless your order is being shipped to Utah.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 1-888-887-9992 x 3 for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
  We currently offer the following payment options:

Credit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD):
To prevent delays, please make sure that the billing address on your order matches the billing address that is on your credit card statement.  If it does not match, we will contact you and your order will be placed on hold until it is corrected.  Your ship to address does not need to match your billing address.

PAYPAL:
 
Please review the following rules for using the PAYPAL payment option.
  • If you make a purchase using PayPal, your account is charged before your product is shipped.
  • The Ship-To address on your order must be a PayPal 'verified address.' Please make sure your account with PayPal lists your Ship-To address as a verified address. If it is not, your order will be placed on hold and you will be notified by email.
  • When you make a purchase using PayPal, you are momentarily connected to the PayPal web site during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection. You must complete your transaction at the PayPal site, then you will be redirected back to outdoorTVstore.com.
  • PayPal orders do not work with gift certificates. You can either pay with PayPal or you can use your gift certificate with some other method of payment.

MONEY ORDER: 
If you would like to pay with a money order, select that method when placing your order.  You can then mail the money order to the following address:
