Shipping and Delivery
Do you accept APO/FPO and International orders?
  We do accept APO/FPO orders.  If your order is being shipped to an APO/FPO address, please select that as the shipping method.  Your order will be shipped via Priority Mail.  Packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses are initially shipped to the appropriate U.S. military mail hub. From there, the military delivers the packages, which typically takes 10-15 days.  outdoorTVstore.com is not responsible for any packages after they are delivered to the U.S. military mail hub.  Considering the processing time, transit time to the military mail hub, and the transit time from the military mail hub to final delivery, your order should be delivered within 2-3 weeks, however, it may take longer depending on military mail handling procedures.

We do not currently accept international orders.  We ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  

Free shipping is available on select items.  Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If all of the items in your order qualify for 'Free Shipping' and your order totals $50 or more, your order ships FREE!  If your order contains items that qualify for 'Free Shipping' as well as items that do not quality, you will only be charged shipping for the items that do not qualify.

UPS EXPRESS Express shipping is not available for any item requiring freight truck shipping.  Express shipping is available for most items that do not require freight truck shipping.  Exceptions will be noted on the individual item pages.

*When selecting the shipping option "Ground", your order will be shipped in the best possible way for your order and location, at our discretion.

UPS and USPS Shipments

When selecting the shipping option "Ground", your order will be shipped in the best possible way for your order and location.  It will usually be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, at our discretion.  Ground transit times range from 1-6 business days.

Express Shipments (Next-Day-Air, 2nd-Day-Air, 3-Day-Select)

Express orders receive priority processing over orders with other shipping methods.  We do make every attempt to ship your express order same day or as soon as possible.  However, we do not guarantee same day processing or any specific timeframe for processing your order.  For example:  Choosing "Next-Day-Air" means that delivery takes one business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)  in transit once the shipping company receives it from us.  However, although we will do everything we can to process the order and give it to the shipping company the same day, please keep in mind that it may take longer.  If you have any questions about your specific order please contact us by sending us an email or calling us at 1-888-887-9992 x 0.

FREIGHT TRUCK SHIPMENTS

(Tables & Large/Heavy Items)

We want you to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience with us.  To ensure that happens, it is important that you understand the shipping and delivery process.  Please take a moment to read this shipping information carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

 

Since freight shipments are quite different than UPS, FedEx or USPS shipments, we want to make sure that our customers understand the shipping procedures to avoid surprises at the time of delivery.  Therefore, soon after placing your order, you will receive an email with a copy of this shipping & delivery procedures information as well as our return policy.  Please review the email and reply directly from it stating that you have read it and that you understand and agree to it.  This will give us the opportunity to answer any questions you might have concerning your order and the shipping & delivery process.  We will not be able to process your order until we have received a reply from you.  If you have any questions, please contact us by sending us an email or calling us at 1-888-887-9992 x 3.

Once your order has been shipped, we will attempt to contact you, usually by email, to provide you with shipping information such as the trucking company's name, phone number and your tracking number.

If your order is being shipped to a commercial address, the trucking company will usually not call to set up an appointment and will deliver your order during normal business hours.  However, you may call the trucking company to get an estimated delivery time.

If your order is being shipped to a residential address, the trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.  It will be a estimated time window of about 2-5 hours.

All deliveries occur Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

It is important to keep your scheduled appointment.  If you miss the scheduled appointment, the driver will need to reschedule the delivery from the local terminal and they will charge you a redelivery charge.

Please note:  There are uncommon situations in which additional freight charges are required for deliveries via FREIGHT TRUCK to certain locations such as Manhattan, off coast islands, and remote areas with exceptionally high delivery costs.  If this is the case, we will not process your order or charge your credit card until you have been notified of the additional cost and have agreed to it.  Please contact us if you have questions about your location.

Additional costs may be incurred if you live on a small street that is not accessible by a 48' freight truck (big).  In such cases, the freight company will need to transfer your purchase onto a smaller truck for delivery.  If you know that large freight trucks cannot access your street (a problem in some densely populated cities and rural areas), you must contact us in advance of placing your order so that we can notify the freight company and obtain a cost estimate for you before you place your order.

Please check item descriptions for any special delivery considerations. 

Motor-Freight shipping time:    These products require extra handling procedures (such as crating) and will be shipped within four to seven business days* after your order has been processed.  Please see each items description for estimated processing times.  After the product leaves the warehouse, typical shipping time is 4 to 9 days for curbside delivery, depending on your location;  Typical transit times for Premium Freight delivery is 7 to 10 days but may be longer due to the extra service level provided.  We will notify you if there is a delay in processing for any reason.  Please note that some items such as customized pool tables will take longer - in such cases the estimated shipping time is noted in the item description.  *Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: The following information applies only to 

CURBSIDE DELIVERIES...

Curbside delivery is the standard method of delivery for freight shipments.  Just as the name implies, Curbside Delivery is delivered to your curbside.  The truck driver is not responsible for getting products off the truck or into your building.  Unpacking the item and installation / assembly are not the responsibility of the delivery company and are not included in the price of your item.  Your package is likely to be heavy and large (pay special attention to the estimated weight noted in the item description); therefore, you must have enough able people available to take the item off the truck and into your building.  

It is important to keep your scheduled appointment and to have the necessary help available.  If you miss the scheduled appointment or are unable to take the product off of the truck because of the lack of necessary help, the driver will need to reschedule the delivery from the local terminal and they will charge you a redelivery charge.

The following extra services are available.  However, they are not included in the shipping cost for curbside deliveries.

  • Lift Gate Trucks
  • Pallet Jacks
  • Installation / Assembly
  • Uncrating
  • Packaging and debris removal

When should I expect to receive my order?
 

  

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.  The availability estimate on each individual item page refers to how long it will take that item to leave our warehouse once you place your order ("processing time").  It doesn't include the time your order will take to reach you once it has been shipped ("transit time").  Transit time depends upon the shipping option you choose.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment

Processing Time Estimates:  Please note that processing times noted on each individual item page under "Availability", are estimates only and we do not guarantee any specific processing time.  The processing time is based upon when we have all the correct order information we need.  To prevent delays, please double check your billing address and make sure that it matches the address that is on file with the credit card (or other payment method) you are using.  We do make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.  Most orders ship within 1 business day, but please use the 'Availability" estimates as a guideline.

Transit Times:

Free Ground:  Ships via UPS Ground or FedEx at our discretion.  Expect transit times of 1 to 6 business days depending the item purchased and delivery location.

2nd Day Air:  Expect delivery two business days after order is shipped.

Next-Day-Air:  Expect delivery on the next business day after order is shipped.

Free Curbside Delivery:  Expect transit times of 4 to 8 business days depending on the item ordered and delivery location.  Trucking company will call to set appointment for delivery.

APO/FPO/International:  Not Available
